Besides the location, the hotel does not sum up to my expectation. Ventilation was poor.

Breakfast food was okay but the staffs there especially Ronnel and others, they were all great and very helpful/courteous. I could not ask for more, it would have more helpful if they were in the front desk! It reflected terrific service.

The confusion in the Booking.com confirmation details. It stated that the room included breakfast for two but a little further below, it states that there was no pre meal arrangement and the lady hotel front desk was uneager or does not know how to explain to us, she was a bit rude :-(

A nice place to stay at if you just need a place to sleep in for the night.

I liked the location as it was in the middle of the city

Water pressure in the shower was awful and one of our family members had to move rooms because there were bed bugs in one out of the three rooms that we booked

Poor selection for vegetarian breakfast

Temperature control for AC did not work. The room was too cold when running AC and to hot when turned off. I woke up several times during the night to turn on/ off the AC. The last night the AC did not come on at all. When turning in it went in default after a few seconds.

It's located above a row of food shops so easy to grab some food

Ac barley worked and slightly old feel. Reception was busy talking while we tried checking in abd although this was mainly not get fault as only one in desk abd she was on the phone I find it not good.

easiest place to get to with close of so many restaurants and shop was a delight and the circ

it was next door to many food restaurant's and eateries, including seven 7/11, best location i have ever been in ll my travels and close to the ferry port. also the circle park was directly opposite the hotel

the bed was hard and no extra blanket only one sheet, A table to put clothe on or bag is needed as no hanger space in the room.

Good Value, Great Location (just watch out for the beggars, peddlers of fake goods, and thieves!)

The location just down from the Capitol and across from Fuente Osmena Circle is great, especially when a presentation is going on there... as there was at this time... the Christmas presentation was lovely.

The biggest problem with this place is the lack of security OUTSIDE the hotel. The city allows beggars and miscreants of questionable repute to hang about listlessly and bother the tourists and proper guests. The hotel itself can do little because is is apparent the Cebu City government does not care about the safety and security of visitors from out of town. Unfortunately, "The Queen City of the South" is a festering toilet that needs to be flushed as soon as possible.

My not so ordinary stay

I like the place and the location because it is just a walking distance from the hotel to Hi Precession. The bed is spacious, the room is good and it is well ventilated. I was amazed because there was free coffee. Overall I rate our stay at your hotel as 8.

What about my 2 points, it's our experience at night, I don't know what happened to me that night but my boyfriend told me, I was screaming and he was so afraid of what I dreamt of. So I told him, I had a bad dream and the setting is in our room. When he woke me up that night, I was sweating so bad even if it was full air-conditioned and so was he. He told me something is bad about the ambiance of the room, we felt that maybe because we turned off the lights, it was totally pitch black. Basta ang feeling namo that night is murag naay someone na nag lantaw sa amo. He did not sleep after that and decided to look over me until I fell asleep.
